eRacks paid technical support incidents.

These are for out-of-waranty products, 3rd-party products, or just a technical problem you want solved with our expert consultants.

A single incident covers 30 minutes of non-refundable time to diagnose and solve your problem. 

Additional increments are 15 minutes each, and billed at $180/hour.

Incidents may be purchased in bulk, and support packs are good for one year from date of purchase.

Additional hours may be purcahsed with the incident if you feel it will be necessary.

Simply add the hours in the "Notes" field, and we will add the amount to your order.

Your card will be charged (or other funds will need to clear) prior to support starting.

Incidents and hours are non-refundable, but hours can be used for up to one year after purchase.
